摘要:
伴随着人类生活方式、工作方式以及行为方式的巨大变化,城市建筑面积快速增长,居民生活水平不断提高,人居环境条件发生巨大变化,直接导致了建筑行业能耗的快速增长,推动建筑节能工作成为我国节能减排的重点任务之一。为实现我国建筑能效的提升,节能建筑、低碳建筑、绿色建筑、被动式建筑相继出现在人们的视野中,通过对被动式建筑的国内外研究现状的简要介绍,对被动房增量成本与增量收益的比较,对被动式建筑在我国的技术适应性的简要分析,得出了被动式建筑作为节能舒适健康的新型建筑,在我国具有很大的发展潜力,适合在我国推广,是我国未来建筑发展的一个大趋势的结论。
Abstract:
With the development in life, work, and behavior of human beings, the built environment has been changed greatly withthe continuous increasing of urban construction area and constant improvement of living standards. All of these has led to a rapidincrease of energy consumption in the construction industry. Therefore, one important target of the central government is to promotethe energy conservation and emission reduction in nationwide. There is an emergence of low-carbon buildings, green buildings, andpassive buildings to achieve the improvement of energy efficiency. This study analyzes the technical feasibility of applying passivebuildings in the context of China by comparing their incremental cost and profit. The results show that as an innovative type ofbuildings characterized by energy conservation, comfortability, and health, passive buildings will be an important part ofdevelopment of China’s construction industry, which are regards as a potential direction for further application in China.
